2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup of cooked jasmine rice

1 cup of shredded purple cabbage

1/2 cup of shredded carrots

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup of green onions, chopped

1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup of crispy wontons, crushed (for topping)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon of sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon of lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste
