Ingredients
  

2 cups farfalle (bow tie pasta)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Prepare the Veggies: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

      Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until emulsified.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the chopped vegetables. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
