Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons minced garlic (fresh or jarred)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)

1/2 cup spinach leaves (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    If you're using spinach and diced tomatoes, fold them into the chicken mixture gently.

      Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

        Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling completely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.

            Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. You may need to work in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

              Once cooked, remove wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes before slicing in half.

                Serve the cheesy garlic chicken wraps warm with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
