Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: Hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the cheesy chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.

      Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        Cook the Wraps: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

          Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half, and serve warm. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
