Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Olive oil for brushing

Optional: Hot sauce for an extra kick

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with a handful of fresh spinach and a couple of diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Make sure to keep the filling secure inside.

Cook the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve hot. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
