Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Red pepper flakes for added spice

Instructions

Prep the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to taste.

Warm the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable. This step makes them easier to roll.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves in the center, then scoop a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture on top of the spinach.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet, add a little olive oil if needed and return to medium heat. Place each wrap seam side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
