2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups cooked chicken, diced (preferably grilled or roasted)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon fresh black pepper (or to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until heated through. Drizzle the honey over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the honey to caramelize slightly. Remove from heat.

      Make the Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, gradually whisk in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth. Season with black pepper and additional salt if needed.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, the honey pepper chicken, and the cheese sauce. Stir gently until everything is well mixed and the macaroni is fully coated with the sauce.
