1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and diced into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the Salmon: In a bowl, season the diced salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to evenly coat.
