2 large chicken breasts

2 tablespoons chipotle ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Additional chipotle ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, chipotle ranch dressing, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is nicely charred. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

        - ¼ cup cooked rice

          - ¼ cup black beans

            - ¼ cup corn

              - Slices of grilled chicken

                - ¼ cup shredded lettuce

                  - ¼ cup diced tomatoes

                    - ¼ cup shredded cheese

                      - A few slices of avocado.

                        Wrap the Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the filling as you go until fully wrapped.
