Ingredients
  

1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)

1/2 cup cottage cheese (low-fat)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, diced

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
