Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup American cheese, sliced

1/4 cup finely diced onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and sugar. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes). Drain any excess grease.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of special sauce onto the center of the tortilla. Add a couple of spoonfuls of the cooked beef, followed by a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, diced pickles, diced tomatoes, a mixture of cheddar and American cheese, and some diced onions.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to secure all the fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Toast (Optional): For an extra crunch, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place each wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy: Cut each wrap in half and serve warm with extra special sauce on the side for dipping!
