1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced apples, maple syrup, applesauce, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
