Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface and separate it into four triangles.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese at the wide end of each triangle.

Place about 5-6 pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle a little grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.

Starting from the wide end, carefully roll up each triangle to enclose the filling, pinching the edges to seal.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out evenly.

Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg, and drizzle a little olive oil for extra flavor and crispiness.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
