2 cups watermelon, diced and frozen

1 cup strawberries, hulled and frozen

1 banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

1 teaspoon lime juice

Toppings: Sliced fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, watermelon), granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, mint leaves

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice.
