Spice up your dinner with these Fiery Garlic Noodles! Quick and easy to make, this dish combines savory egg or rice noodles with fragrant garlic and ginger, enhanced with a kick of red pepper flakes. Tossed in a mouthwatering sauce made from soy and oyster sauce, these noodles are perfect for a weeknight meal or a cozy gathering. Garnish with fresh cilantro and chili peppers for an extra zing. Ingredients
  

8 oz. egg noodles or rice noodles

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons ginger, grated

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 green onions, chopped

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Optional: Sliced chili peppers for extra heat

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.

      Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.

        Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Toss to combine and make sure the noodles are well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

          Finish with Green Onions: Stir in the chopped green onions and toss everything together.

            Serve: Transfer the spicy garlic noodles to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced chili peppers if desired. Serve hot.
