Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups frozen french fries, cooked until crispy

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Hot sauce, for serving

Instructions

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated steak. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the steak reaches desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Tortillas: In another skillet, warm the flour tortillas one at a time over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Burritos: On each tortilla, layer a portion of cooked french fries, a generous helping of steak, and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Add diced tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream.

Wrap the Burritos: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll from the bottom up to secure the filling.

Grill the Burritos: In the same skillet, place the burritos seam side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Slice the burritos in half, garnish with chopped cilantro, and drizzle with hot sauce. Enjoy your Steak & Cheese Dirty Fry Burritos!
