Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1/4 cup agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 cup sparkling water

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional, for rimming glasses)

Lime slices and whole strawberries for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp, if desired.

Fill glasses with ice cubes, and pour the strawberry-lime mixture into each glass until they're about two-thirds full.

Top each glass with sparkling water to lighten the mix and add fizz. Stir gently to combine.

If desired, rim the glasses with sea salt by running a lime slice around the edge and dipping the rim into a dish of sea salt.

Garnish with a slice of lime and a whole strawberry on the rim of each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
